The objective : a successful implementation of projects


Once the project has been approved, the main thing is of course to implement it, which is not always that easy !


In order to help project partners by providing them with the advice and tools they need for the achievement of their objectives within the framework of the programme, the Guide for project leaders (interactive)  and its Addendum provides a specific section entitled: "Making a success of your project" (pages 55 to 68).


It provides a standard administrative and financial monitoring procedure, in keeping with European legislation and aimed at clarifying the various stages of the project while also making them more constructive and efficient.


IMPORTANT: First Level Control (FLC) , an important part of the implementation of your project, is dealt with in the specific guide named "Guide for first level control (second version)"  that includes 5 appendixes:
- Appendix 1 FLC Guide - advices to the lead partner for selecting FLC
- Appendix 2 refers to the "Guide for project leaders" as a whole, and specifically to the "Tool Kit" (p77 to 98)
- Appendix 3 FLC Guide - Letter of appointment of first level controller
- Appendix 4 - First Level Control Certificate template
- Appendix 5 FLC Guide - On site visit report - template
