Modifications to the guide

Important modifications, applicable from now on, have been brought to the project leaders guide through an Addendum and three new appendices :
- Technical sheet on public procurement and competitive tendering ;
- Technical sheet State Aid;
- Technical sheet on International Travel Costs

Tools for First Level Controls (FLC)

Numerous documentary resources dedicated to “FLC” are now online in the “Approved projects” section.
